We’ve put together some of the most common questions we get asked, if there are any questions that we’ve not covered here feel free to give us a call or email us and we’ll be happy to help.

Unfortunately you can’t book a specific pitch on the booking page, but you can fill out the special request box when booking, for example, if you’d like to be pitched next to another group you are with.

To avoid disappointment and particularly during busy periods we would prefer you to book, we cannot guarantee a place on the day, but if there is then you are welcome book .

Yes friends can visit you whilst staying on-site, if they park to the right of the barrier before entering the site. 

Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds.

Yes we have free wifi throughout  the site

Yes as long as they are on legs not just at on grass and they must be supervised at all times

Sorry, we only cater for caravans, trailers and motorhomes.

When you arrive, if you could please ring the bell to let us know.

Yes we are a dog friendly site, we just ask you to keep them on a lead.

There’s a very good bus service just opposite our site, you take the number 5 with buses every 12-15 minutes approx. and  it only takes about  20 minute ride to town 

The nearest shops are in Strensall only 1 mile away and Haxby just over 2 miles, below we’ve listed a few of the closest places to eat and drink and get essential supplies.
